Some rules:
C3 Computer Consultants will give a FREE estimate before any service work is done. Once the repairs are completed, the hours worked are not refundable, but we guarantee our work for 30days. Virus removal is the only exception to this rule. In that case we demonstrate the machine to be virus free when returned to our clients, and place a DEMO (15day) on the current Symantec Antivirus software when no antivirus is present.
Refund Policy:
C3 Computer Consultants offers 14 day refund on all hardware sales except on special orders. Special orders are not refundable, except when the item(s) arrive damaged in shipment (it then becomes a shipping claim.) or we order the wrong item.
